I like this pointer icon, however there is no resize function as with other Ubuntu pointers.....perhaps you could modify it to do that?

I have carefully analyzed the structure of pointer ubuntu whitepointer /usr/share/icons/whitepointer/cursors/ (completely different from the animated pointers),the static pointer use levels for scaling instead the animated pointers use levels for the animations, you can not do both things, I am sorry.
